Individual Yoga Instruction
Individual classes can be structured for all levels (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and attention is given to the student's particular needs (injuries, fitness level, desire to explore). Small groups are also welcome.
Need to set an intention plan for life/love/career? Looking for tools and support to manage grief/loss? Want to write a memoir or novel? Sober curious? Work privately with Donna to achieve your transformation. Each session is 45 minutes and focuses on developing SMART goals paired with wellness techniques to achieve the client's objectives. All sessions are virtual.
